An awful app. Tells me my address does not match the store. Constantly fails to validate my order. Pointless
I'm not the type to leave a review, but holy God this app and restaurant are awful. If you manage to get your order through it'll probably arrive wrong. Just order from your local chipper; genuinely a horrible company. (Reviewing from the newbridge, Kildare store. Incorrect orders, usually late.) Avoid this company!!
I gave up trying to place an order. It kept asking me to select the restaurant and the okay button just wouldn't work. Update : 4 months on and it still doesn't work.
Half the app is in a different language so I can't understand when I'm trying to place an order? Also I ordered using my pizza points as they were about to expire... It now says My remaining points will expire the same day lol
Look, I love Apache. I order them at least once a week, I think they are priced fairly, and their food is very tasty. But this app is just completely pointless. It adds nothing when compared to the regular website and in fact is missing some features like changing the size of a pizza in a meal deal. Perhaps a reduction in delivery costs or getting rid of the service charge in the app (at the cost of an ad or two) would be worth considering Apache Pizza is wonderful, but this app is redundant
Won't let me order from the right store only gives the option to have it delivered from Dundrum I live in Cork, also can not change the order anymore.
its a great app idk why people always complain but i hope they're issues are now resolved. i have never had an issue with the app and the pizza is great 🍕
